Alumni Membership

The Alumni Membership is open to anyone who has been a member in the past that was in good standing and who still wants to be involved with the canoe club.

Alumni membership: $150 for one year
For 2016 only, memberships will run from September 2016-December 2017
Open to former PRCC members in good standing who still want to be involved with the Club.
Privileges:

· Use of club equipment or your own boat when Club is open and equipment is available. Coach/shore manager approval is required.

· Excluded participation during Bantam or Youth programs

· Participate along with high performance, high development or masters programs if there is no additional cost to the Club. Excludes gym membership and winter program. Please note: Permission must be granted from Coaching staff before participating. Participation during bantam or youth programs is not permitted

· Includes race entries that do not cost the club additional funds

· Volunteer hours not required

· Boat storage available on a first come first served basis for an additional $50 annual charge

· A vote at the Annual General Meeeting

· Able to attend all club member functions

On the first day of the program please bring your email confirmation and any forms that may be emailed to you

If you select credit card payment, you are redirected to PayPal where you complete your registration.
You can select "PayPal" to pay by Credit Card, whether you have a PayPal account or not.

For all registrations that are paid by credit card/Paypal - your registration is instantly guaranteed, and the initial automated confirmation slip is all that you require.
Those payments made via interac e-transfer and/or cheque payment, your registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

REFUND POLICY:
All memberships are non-transferable. All refunds will be subject to a $35.00 administration fee. A full refund will be granted within 7 days of purchasing a membership with an e-mailed request. All other refunds are less a prorated amount for the number of days the membership was active. Memberships are active from the date of purchase. They become non-active� on December 31 2017 or upon our receipt of your application for refund. Any refund will take approximately 2 - 4 weeks. Refunds will only be considered for medical reasons with proper medical documentation. Non-use will not be considered a reason for a refund of membership. Pickering Rouge Canoe Club reserves the right to change schedules, coaches or practices as needed without compensation or notice. Refunds are not given for inclement weather.
