Details

The Alumni Membership is open to past PRCC members in good standing, aged 18 and older, who still want to be involved with the Club. PRCC celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2018 – be part of the fun!

Alumni membership privileges:
· Use of club equipment or your own boat when the Club is open and equipment is available. This excludes times when the Bantam summer program operates (July and August, 9:00-4:00). Coach and/or shore manager approval is required.
· Participation in practices with High Performance, Development or Master’s programs if there is no additional cost to the Club. This includes on-water, running and calisthenics practices but excludes gym membership and the winter program. Coach approval is required.
· Race entries that do not cost the Club additional funds.
· Boat storage available on a first come first served basis for an additional $50 annual charge.
· A vote at the Annual General Meeting.
· Ability to attend all club functions and events, including the Club Banquet.

COST

Alumni membership is effective from your registration date until December 31, 2018.
Cost: $150 per year

Participants become members of Pickering Rouge Canoe Club (PRCC) for the year of registration.

VOLUNTEER CHEQUE

A volunteer cheque is not required; however, PRCC is always looking for volunteers to assist with our programs and events and is grateful for your participation. See the PRCC website for volunteer opportunities.

REGISTRATION

Only persons 18 years of age or older can register for the Alumni Membership. After selecting "Register" you will be required to CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Sportical if you do not already have one.

Payment is by credit card or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card inside the PayPal system.

On the first day of on-water participation, please bring your email confirmation and waiver that will be emailed to you.

REFUND POLICY

All registrations are non-transferable. All refunds may be subject to a $35.00 administration fee. Any refund will take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete.
75% refund if notified at least 1 month before start date.
50% refund with 2 weeks’ notice of start date.
25% refund with 1 week of start date.

A full refund of your membership will be granted if an e-mailed request to [email protected] is received within 24 hours of registering or more than one month remains before the start of the program. Memberships are active from the start of the program. They become non-active at the end of the season or upon our receipt of your application for refund. Refunds after the start of the program will only be considered for medical reasons with proper medical documentation. Non-use is not a reason for refund of membership. Refunds are not given for inclement weather.

PRCC reserves the right to change schedules, coaches or practices as needed without compensation or notice.
