** This program requires authorization from Club Registrar or Coach to register. Failure to obtain approval may result in the cancellation of your registration.

This program is designed for athletes who still want to train with PRCC, but cannot attend practice on a regular basis. Our winter programs are an extremely important part of training in the sport of sprint canoe and kayak, but are also beneficial for other sports and overall fitness. The focus is on building strength and endurance through long distance running, weights and calisthenics. Younger athletes do not engage in weight training but focus on calisthenics and body weights.

The 10-pack allows you to attend 10 training sessions from November 6, 2017 to March 10, 2018.

Registrants can attend 10 of any of the following sessions, tentatively scheduled for:
Monday Mornings 6:00-7:30 a.m.: weights (calisthenics for younger athletes)
Afternoons 4:00-5:30 p.m.: running and gym
Tuesday Mornings 6:00-7:30 a.m.: ergometer and body weights
Afternoons 4:00-5:30 p.m.: ergometer and weights
Thursday Mornings: 6:00-7:30 a.m.: weights (calisthenics for younger athletes)
Afternoons: 4:00-5:30 p.m. running and gym
Friday Afternoons 4:00-5:30 p.m.: ergometer and weights (calisthenics for younger athletes)
Saturday mornings: long distance running (or cross-country skiing), and weights

Participants may attend Saturday morning running practices free of charge. Participants pay directly for cross-country skiing. Please note that there will be no Saturday practices from January 21 to February 25, 2018.

The price of the 10-pack is $100.00 + hst = $113.00.

Training sessions are held at The Shed, 1420 Bayly St #11, Pickering.
Saturday morning sessions will be held at a different site.

10-Pack participants will be supplied with a card that they must bring to every practice to be signed. The Coach also records attendance.

After selecting "Register" you will be required to CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Sportical.
Complete the online registration form for athlete that is attending.
On the first day of the program please bring your email confirmation and any forms that may be emailed to you.

Please pay by e-transfer, clearly indicating in a separate email all information. You may also pay by cheque.

If paying by interac debit please select payment method: "Other" and complete the payment by using your bank's online tool. Interac e-transfers are to be sent to Comments area of the transfer need to include the athlete name and program name. Password: You are required to create a password for this transaction. Please send the password in a separate email to with the above reference information. BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE PARTICIPANT, PROGRAM AND PASSWORD IN A SEPARATE EMAIL.

Your registration is not guaranteed until your payment has been received in full.

All memberships are non-transferable. All refunds will be subject to a $35.00 administration fee. A full refund will be granted within 7 days of purchasing a membership with an e-mailed request. All other refunds are less a prorated amount for the number of days the membership was active. Memberships are active from the date of purchase. They become non-active at the end of the season or upon our receipt of your application for refund. Any refund will take approximately 2-4 weeks. Refunds will only be considered for medical reasons with proper medical documentation. Non-use will not be considered a reason for a refund of membership. Pickering Rouge Canoe Club reserves the right to change schedules, coaches or practices as needed without compensation or notice. Refunds are not given for inclement weather.
