Password: You are required to create a password for this transaction. Please send the password in a separate email to [email protected] with the above reference information.
If your program provides details on installment payments. Make your first payment via interact and provide post dated cheques of the first day of your program.
For all registrations that are paid by credit card - your registration is instantly guaranteed, and the initial automated confirmation slip is all that you require. Those payments made via interac e-transfer and/or cheque payment, your registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received and processed.
All memberships are non-transferable. Membership is not considered to be paid until Volunteer Cheque has been received. All refunds will be subject to a $35.00 administration fee. A full refund will be granted within 7 days of purchasing a membership with an e-mailed request. All other refunds are less a prorated amount for the number of days the membership was active. Memberships are active from the date of purchase. They become “non-active” at the end of the season or upon our receipt of your application for refund. Any refund will take approximately 2 – 4 weeks. Refunds will only be considered for medical reasons with proper medical documentation. Non-use will not be considered a reason for a refund of membership. Pickering Rouge Canoe Club reserves the right to change schedules, coaches or practices as needed without compensation or notice. Refunds are not given for inclement weather.
SAFE PROGRAM CLAUSE
PRCC has the option to remove you(r)/child/children from the program with no monetary reimbursement if there is a concern for their safety/well-being or the safety/well-being of others, including other participants, staff, or members of the public. This can include, but is not limited to; instances of bullying, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, stealing or damaging property, disruption of the program, leaving the program without permission, use of non-camp related equipment or technology, lack of respect for the program or staff, and/or various other instances of disturbing or inappropriate behaviour
