We have made many changes to our programs and procedures to keep participants and staff safe. PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN LIFEJACKETS AS PART OF OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE PROCEDURES. If we are required to cancel the week in which you are registered, full refunds will be issued. Please note date changes due to COVID-19. Prior registrants will be contacted by the coaches.

The U15 Sprint (Bantam) Spring Program consists of an after school program 4 times per week from June 21 to June 29. The training will be a combination of both on water and dryland training.  The program is based on Canoe Kayak Canada’s (CKC) model for Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and provides:

- A fun and safe environment for all participating athletes
- Instruction in the fundamentals of sprint canoe and kayak for both beginners and experienced paddlers
- Opportunities to train in individual boats (singles) and crew boats(Covid restriction dependent) and with an emphasis on singles

The program will run out of Rouge Beach from 4:30 - 6:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Only parents, legal guardians or persons 18 years of age or older can register participants for this program. If you are not at least 18 years old, a parent or guardian will need to complete the registration. After selecting "Register" you will be required to CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Sportical if you do not already have one.

The cost is $50.00.
