PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN LIFEJACKETS AS PART OF OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE PROCEDURES. 

The U15 Sprint (Bantam) Spring Program consists of an after school program 4 times per week from MAy 24 to June 30. The training will be a combination of both on water and dryland training.  The program is based on Canoe Kayak Canada’s (CKC) model for Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and provides:

- A fun and safe environment for all participating athletes
- Instruction in the fundamentals of sprint canoe and kayak for both beginners and experienced paddlers
- Opportunities to train in individual boats (singles) and crew boats(Covid restriction dependent) and with an emphasis on singles

The program will run out of Glen Rogue Camp Ground from 4:30 - 6:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. 

Only parents, legal guardians or persons 18 years of age or older can register participants for this program. If you are not at least 18 years old, a parent or guardian will need to complete the registration. After selecting "Register" you will be required to CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Sportical if you do not already have one.

The cost is $150.00.
