2023 Bantam Winter Training

Geared to build strength and endurance, our winter training program consists of calisthenics, running, and cross-country skiing. This is a group training program for children approximately aged 9-13. 

The winter program runs from November 29, 2022 to April 15, 2023.

Choose any two of the Calisthenics days and Saturday morning:

Tuesday Evenings 6:00-7:00 p.m.:  Calisthenics at Cardinal Leger: 600 Morrish Rd, Scarborough

Friday Evenings: 6:00-7:30 p.m. Calisthenics at St. Brendans: 186 Centennial Rd, Scarborough

Saturday mornings: long distance running or cross-country skiing. Saturday morning sessions will be held at a different site.

** Parents are welcome to participate in Saturday morning run or cross-country ski if they wish.

The cost for this training is $250.00. plus cross-country skiing 

Cross-country skiing costs are not included and must be paid directly by the athlete.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

Only parents, legal guardians or persons 18 years of age or older can register participants for this program. If you are not at least 18 years old, a parent or guardian will need to complete the registration. After selecting "Register" you will be required to CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Sportical if you do not already have one. Complete the online registration form for the athlete that is attending. Payment is by credit card. You will be redirected to complete your registration. On the first day of the program please bring your email confirmation and any forms that may be emailed to you.

REFUND POLICY

All memberships are non-transferable. Participants of the full sprint program (U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, HP), will have the first 5 days of the start of the program to withdraw if a refund is to be issued less a $50 administration fee.  Memberships are active from the date of purchase. They become non-active at the end of the season or upon our receipt of your application for refund. Any refund will take approximately 2-4 weeks. Refunds will only be considered for medical reasons with proper medical documentation. Non-use will not be considered a reason for a refund of membership.
