2023 Bantam Fall Training (2 Sessions Per Week)

The Fall Bantam program is for kids aged 9-15 who wish to further develop paddling skills with the intention of racing next summer. The program will last 5 weeks with a focus on boat skills, paddling technique, work capacity and aerobic endurance. Participants will be doing a combination of paddling, running and body weights. 

The program runs from September 19 to October 19, 2023, weather permitting.

SCHEDULE

Tuesday, Thursday afternoons 4:00pm – 5:30pm

The cost of this program is $100 for 2 days per week for 5 weeks including all taxes and fees. 

Cost includes all equipment except a life jacket.

REGISTRATION

Only parents, legal guardians or persons 18 years of age or older can register participants for this program. If you are not at least 18 years old, a parent or guardian will need to complete the registration. After selecting "Register" you will be required to CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Sportical if you do not already have one.

Payment is by credit card.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds can be requested before the program start less a $50 administration fee.
