2022 Bantam Fall Training (4 Sessions Per Week)

PRCC will be operating all our programs in full compliance with Ministry of Health requirements. See our COVID-19 Response page for more information. We have made many changes to our programs and procedures to keep participants and staff safe.

The Fall Bantam program is for kids aged 9-15 who wish to further develop paddling skills with the intention of racing next summer. The program will last 5 weeks with a focus on boat skills, paddling technique, work capacity and aerobic endurance. Participants will be doing a combination of paddling, running and body weights. Participants can sign up for all 4 days of the week, Monday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday.

The program runs from September 19 to October 21, 2022, weather permitting,.excluding October 10th (Thanksgiving Monday).

SCHEDULE

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons 4:30pm – 6:00pm

The cost of this program is $185 for 4 days per week or $95 for Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday including all taxes and fees. 

Cost includes all equipment except a life jacket.

LOCATION

Rouge Beach or Frenchman's Bay depending on if we are allowed to use Rouge Beach.

By pitching in, you will help us continue to offer high quality programs at a reasonable price, and you’ll have fun by engaging with other members at the same time. REGISTRATION

Only parents, legal guardians or persons 18 years of age or older can register participants for this program. If you are not at least 18 years old, a parent or guardian will need to complete the registration. After selecting "Register" you will be required to CREATE AN ACCOUNT with Sportical if you do not already have one.

Payment is by credit card.

REFUND POLICY:

Participants of the full summer sprint program (U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, HP), will have the first 5 days of the start of the program to withdraw if a refund is to be issued less a $50 administration fee. 

For programs that occur bi-weekly or weekly, cancellation can occur within the first 2 weeks with a full refund minus the $50 administration fee. Cancellation requests that are done following the first 2 weeks will not be refunded.
